Jewelry Care

The best way to clean your silver jewelry is with clear, unscented dish soap and a soft bristle toothbrush. Scrub lightly and rinse with warm water. Dry jewelry with a soft cloth, then polish with a jewelry polishing cloth.

For Turquoise Jewelry, use a soft bristle toothbrush, no soap, and lightly scrub your stone. Do not soak your stone in water. Turquoise is a porous gemstone which means that it can start to absorb the water. You may see the color change to deeper if you do soak it in water. Dry turquoise with a soft cloth, then polish with a jewelry polishing cloth.

*I do not recommend using chemical cleaners or compounds. 

To keep your jewelry looking its best, you should remove it prior to showering, swimming, or cleaning. Soft stones like turquoise can breakdown over time with repetitive exposure.

CUFFS

Cuffs can fit a wide variety of wrists. To find your size measure the circumference of your wrist just above your wrist bone. To do this, measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure where you would normally wear the bracelet. If you don't have access to a flexible tape measure,  use a string and wrap it around your wrist where you would wear your bracelet. Make a mark on the string, or cut where the ends meet. Remove the string and lay it on a ruler. 

Cuffs should always be adjusted gently, and with care, and will form to your wrist over time. You can help your cuff form to your wrist my squeezing the sides lightly.

Custom GPS Coordinate Cuffs

You are responsible for sending me the exact coordinates that you would like. I will NOT be double checking any coordinates, this is solely your responsibility. Having said that, if you realize that you made an error, and I have not started your cuff, contact me immediately and we can make any necessary changes. Thank You!

 

MTO Items - made to order

Items that are "Made to order" may requires 2/3 weeks to be made. When we ship your new custom items you will receive an email with the tracking number. Typically cuffs take 2/3 weeks, small stacker rings don't take as long.

FAQ's

Returns / Exchanges are dealt with individually. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your jewelry if you are not 100% satisfied. Returns/Exchanges are dealt with on an individual basis, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

*Please note that we do our absolute best to depict the colors as they are in person. Due to screen variations on computers, phones etc, it is possible that your stone may be slightly different in color than appears on your device.

*Please be aware that anything purchased from Kelly Curtis Designs has been hand crafted. Due to the nature of the process, there might me some imperfections. Pieces are not machine made, and are not identical for this reason. Stones also sometimes have imperfections due to the fact that they are natural elements. Please look at all the photos closely to make sure the item you are choosing is the one that you will be happy with. Thank you! 

SHIPPING

All packages are shipped via USPS within 7-10 business days of ordering. Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a tracking code via email. This does not include custom orders.
