CUFFS

Cuffs can fit a wide variety of wrists. To find your size measure the circumference of your wrist just above your wrist bone. To do this, measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure where you would normally wear the bracelet. If you don't have access to a flexible tape measure,  use a string and wrap it around your wrist where you would wear your bracelet. Make a mark on the string, or cut where the ends meet. Remove the string and lay it on a ruler. 

Cuffs should always be adjusted gently, and with care, and will form to your wrist over time. You can help your cuff form to your wrist my squeezing the sides lightly.
