Opening orders require a 5-piece minimum per design.
Reorders also carry a 5-piece minimum to maintain consistency in small-batch production.

Lead Time

Each piece is made to order by hand, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks, depending on production volume and season.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at order confirmation to secure materials and production time.
Accepted payment methods will be detailed in your invoice.

Shipping

Orders ship tracked via USPS from Anchorage, Alaska.
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Display & Packaging

All jewelry arrives retail-ready on cards for in-store presentation.
Pieces are crafted and packaged with care to reflect the quality and craftsmanship of Kelly Curtis Designs.
